At present, international shipping is not available.

Return & Exchange Policy
At House of Diyan, we take utmost care to ensure the quality and authenticity of every saree. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, our Returns & Exchange Policy applies as follows:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
✅ You may request a return or exchange only if:

The product was damaged during shipping.

There is a manufacturing defect.

An incorrect item was delivered.
🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference.

Color or design variations.

General dissatisfaction without valid damage or defect.
2. Mandatory Evidence Requirement
To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide:

A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package, showing the damage or defect.

Photographs of the damaged or defective product.

Your Order Number and Product Code.
⚠️ Important: Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review or replacement.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed through UPI within 2–3 working days after we receive the returned item and complete the verification process.
No automatic refunds will be initiated through the website. Refunds will only be processed manually upon successful verification.
